HR Manager

We are looking for a Mid-Level HR Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation, and will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Support training and development programs
- Assist management with workforce planning and HR reporting
- Promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
